We want you to be happy with every Kanzooz order. If there is an issue with your order, our team in Amman is ready to help.
Return Eligibility
Unopened toys in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened toys can be returned only if they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued in cash or by bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
