Frequently asked questions
How fast is delivery?
We deliver the same day in Amman, and in 1–2 days to every other governorate in Jordan. Delivery costs 3 JOD and is free on orders over 50 JOD.
Are your toys safe?
We check every toy before it goes on sale and show the recommended age on each one. Small parts and batteries should always be used with an adult around for younger children.
How can I pay?
Pay in cash when your order arrives. We call to confirm your order before we send it.
Can I return a product?
Unopened toys in their original box can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. A faulty toy is replaced free of charge.
Can you help me choose a gift?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with the child’s age and what they love, and we’ll suggest the perfect toy.
